What it is built from
Every figure on this site comes from U.S. Department of the Treasury (usaspending.gov)'s USAspending Award Data Archive — Contracts, a public-domain federal government dataset. NAICS and PSC code titles come from the U.S. Census Bureau and the General Services Administration, also public domain. Full detail on every source, what is included, and what is excluded is on the data sources and methodology page.
